Landed!

Hi friends and family!

I made it! After 5 hours of flying, 4 hours of driving, I landed in Willsboro, NY where I will spend the next 17 days! It rained all day, but the flight in general wasn't too bad. I got to sit next to a really nice guy who let me talk his ear off and talk through all the nervousness of flying through a bad storm.

The girls were so excited to see me, and I was so excited to see them! They gave big hugs and were full of lots of smiles!! I have quite a bit of family on my stepmom's side up here - some aunts, cousins and lots and lots of cousins!

I am really praying for endurance and joy as I get to continue to live out my dream life :) Traveling, enjoying God's creation and getting to talk with people and capture the smile on their face and the beauty of this part of the country!!

One week til takeoff!

Oh man!
Summer is going to go fast, I fear! I can't believe I leave in SEVEN days for New York! I will be spending 17 days in upstate New York (my favorite part of the country) hanging out with some extended family, and playing with some wonderful kids! Jenna is 16 (yikes!), Alyssa is 11, and their two little cousins who I play with a lot are Sylvie (6) and Mia (3). I am so excited to see all of the beautiful nature that the Northeast Adirondacks has to offer! Beautiful mountains, lakes, creeks, rivers, animals, everything that I love that about God's creation - in His nature!

Can't wait to update you guys more about what has been happening and what I have been learning!

I will be in New York June 30th to July 16th and Accra, Ghana, West Africa from July 17th to August 4th - then I come home August 5th! Whoo!! :)
